Order Processing Time
All AKALÓ Jewelry pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be carefully crafted and processed before it ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after processing (additional cost applies)

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination; typically 10–20 business days after processing.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and your location.

Order Tracking
