Damages and Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at akalojewelry@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. While I don’t offer returns, I’ll always do my best to make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our jewelry, orders are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period and are considered final sale.
